We told you to do what Warren Buffett does. (He’s called “the oracle” for a reason.) And now he’s converted a tacit interest in Detroit to full-fledged investment.
Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Home Services has added Detroit-based luxury real estate agency The Loft Warehouse to its brokerage franchise network to help promote the latter’s listings to a larger audience, including national and international buyers, investors and developers.
“Detroit is an international buyer’s destination,” said Berkshire Hathaway Home Services spokesman Kevin Ostler.
And, like many Pioneer Homes investor clients, “A third of the Loft Warehouse’s home sales come from buyers out of state.”
