Wayne State University is set to build a $25 million basketball facility and lease it to the Detroit Pistons after the school’s board of governors unanimously approved a proposal Wednesday afternoon.
The Pistons, who play at Little Caesars Arena, would use the new facility for their affiliated NBA Gatorade League team, according to Wayne State officials.
